Deletes a user group
SYNTAX
Remove-PASGroup [-GroupID] <Int32> [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Deletes a user group.
To delete a user group, the following authorizations are required:
- Add/Update Users
